The title says it: U+06D5 ARABIC LETTER AE: ە has no bold variant, neither for
initial nor middle nor final.

Strange, U+06D5 is in Sans Bold, both isolated and final form... Is there some 
font substitution happening perhaps?

Ups, ok, when was it added? I have an older version, it's 2,7 (Ubuntu Edgy).

according to http://dejavu.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/News U+06D5 has been 
added in 2.10. After going through my mail archive, I see that I added it 
after your request back in August :-) So just updating DejaVu will fix this.
