Does adding amdgpu.runpm=0 to the kernel command line in grub help? Yes, with that arg there are no hungs anymore. Are there patches for the power management I can test? Please try my drm-next-4.8-wip branch which contains a number of fixes for PX systems: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/~agd5f/linux/log/?h=drm-next-4.8-wip Fixed with 4.8rc1 |
