Add mullins support patch

Hi
I've configured my system to use the amdgpu kernel driver, but noticed the PCI ID's for Mullins cards is missing in version 1.1.0.

I patched the PCI ID's in for my card, regenerated the pci ids with the perl script and rebuilt the driver and it's working fine (aside from https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97471)

System: DELL Inspiron 5555
OS: openSUSE Tumbleweed (20160822) (x86_64)
GPU: 00:01.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Mullins [Radeon R4/R5 Graphics] [1002:9851] (rev 45)
Subsystem: Dell Device [1028:06bf]
Kernel driver in use: amdgpu

Attached, please find a patch for your consideration.

Current xf86-video-amdgpu supports all GPUs supported by the amdgpu kernel driver.
