After running
  . /usr/share/bug/xserver-xorg-video-radeon/script
or
  . /usr/share/bug/xserver-xorg-video-radeon/script
with certain Philips monitor attachted, the following error is reported:

The EDID parser is part of the drm core.

Freedesktop's Bugzilla instance is EOLed and open bugs are about to be migrated to http://gitlab.freedesktop.org.
