Dears,

Quote sign in Kazakh layout is by default set to „ (doublelowquotemark) whereas standard and commonly used quote sign must be " (quotedbl). " is used in default Kazakh keyboard layout on Windows and on Kazakh government sites.

Could you please change the default quote sign to be " ?
