I need this functionality because ATI driver causes ooopses and hardlocks when I try to put system to hibernation state. Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future. We're not going to be implementing unloading of video drivers at runtime any time soon. |
