Load up a dota game(even demo mode) and select a hero with an auto-cast ability(Viper and Silencer for example). Right click to autocast and the ability starts flickering.

Expected behavior is no flickering.

I don't think this can still be reproduced. Dota2 and RADV have evolved a lot since the original bug report. I'm going to close it. Feel free to re-open if I'm wrong (and explain how to reproduce).

That is correct. Issue has long since been fixed.
