showing the undetected partition

Partition within an extended partition is not detected.

The drive has WIN10 in partition 1
a temp NTFS partition for file xfer between Ubuntu and the WIN10 OSs.
a swap partition
an extended partition with a bootable ubuntu install inside it.

The ubuntu partition is displayed as free space. GParted displays it correctly.
Ubuntu was installed after WIN10. Screenshot attached.
The screenshot was taken on another instance of Ubuntu running from a separate drive.

GeForce GTX 750 Ti/PCIe/SSE2
64-bit

gnome-disk-utility 3.18.3.1
UDisks 2.1.7 (built against 2.1.6)

gvfs 1.28.2-1ubuntu1~16.04.1
libatasmart 0.19-3

Today 161127, the udisks behaviour is acceptable and the partition info is correctly displayed. I'll re-check and watch this characteristic and post if the defect occurs again going forward.
