got it just remove the line make clean in the p11-kit.spec, it is now working fine and got the p11-kit*.rpm

p11-kit-devel-0.23.3-2.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm
p11-kit-debuginfo-0.23.3-2.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm
p11-kit-trust-0.23.3-2.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm

p11-kit.spec is part of Fedora and or RHEL. I suggest you open a bug at https://bugzilla.redhat.com ... although some of the some people are involved in work on p11-kit upstream.
