The touchpad doesn't detect more than one touch. There is ABS_MT_TOOL_WIDTH which *could* be used to guess when two fingers are down but we don't have the code for that and I think all devices that would rely on this are now older than 2010. sorry, not something I'm planning to add, there are not a lot of devices still alive from that era. And those that are, can use the synaptics driver that had that functionality. sorry. |

Two-finger scrolling has never worked with any version of libinput, I've just never got around to reporting it, but I do still use it regularly. The version field in Bugzilla doesn't offer 1.6.x as an option at present.) libinput version: 1.6.0-2.fc25 on Fedora 25 Physical touchpad dimensions: 50mm wide x 42mm high
