Description Russ Fineman 2011-08-23 11:16:53 UTC
The horizonal slider bar has not worked in the Calc Application since moving to LibreOffice 3.4.2 OOO340m1 (Build:202). Worked in old 3.3.3 application. No Hardware changes in last year or more.

Only way to move horizonally is with arrow keys. It appears the slider bar is partially cut off.

See: http://www.imagebam.com/image/c08c57146361574

Just updated from earlier 3.4 build last week but did not solve problem.

Canot find any settings that change the height of the bar.

The same problem with LibreOffice 3.4.3 OOO340m1 (Build:302)

I wanted to go to right of the document (calc) and then i couldn't ever go back
with the horizontal scrollbar, nor with the middle button... I just could use
the "home" key to go back to bottom left of the document (or the arrow keys)! the horizontal
scrollbar seems to have a graphical bug... I took a snapshot if someone is
interested.. I don't know how to post here the attachment (png)
KDEsc i use is 4.7.2

Note: This has been fixed for me when I downloaded and installed the vanilla version from LibreOffice Website. Works good on openSUSE 11.4 and 12.1.

[This is an automated message.]
This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it
started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is
changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back
to NEW please check if the bug still persists with the 3.5.0 beta1 or beta2 prereleases.
Details on how to test the 3.5.0 beta1 can be found at:

Comment 5 Russ Fineman 2011-12-24 12:08:51 UTC
I have moved to the version 3.4.4 from your website, and no longer have the problem. openSUSE version is still 3.4.2 offical release and build service is 3.4.4 but I have not tried either Lately to see if the problem is fixed.
Comment 6 Russ Fineman 2011-12-24 12:23:30 UTC
Just tested openSUSE 3.4.2 and Slider appears fixed, did not test build service version of 3.4.4

openSUSE 3.4.2 still has format problems in Tables. See Bug:39903. Will test on 3.4.4 from LibreOffice website and post results to that bug.

Not sure if we should close this bug.

Hi, upgrading to LibreOffice 3.4.5 on Debian Testing solve the problem.
Greetings!
