Description Manish 2012-09-07 21:31:08 UTC
First - Kudos on a wonderfull software. I created a very complex spreadsheet and I would have expected excel to crash but Calc didnt

But when I inserted columns, formulas (even as simple as =sum(2,3)) would not evaluate

ensure you have a spreadhseet full of various formulae, save the sheet, close it and open it again and then add columns in the middle and then put formula in the inserted column

Workaround is to copy the whole sheet into a different sheet (but then it messes up the sheet references to this sheet)

attached is the document
columns R-U have been inserted and you can see that the formula in U4 is not evaluating

BTW if the attachment is too big, first try to reduce the size (and check if you can still reproduce the problem) then if it's still too big, you may use this url:

Please tell about:
- your environment and version (Windows, Linux, MacOs)
- your LibreOffice version

No feedback since 3 months, put it as INVALID

Manish: don't hesitate to reopen this tracker if you still reproduce the problem with last LO version (3.6.4) and a brand new LO profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile). Also, indicate your environment (Windows, MacOs, Linux) and version.
