Created attachment 97691 [details]
Contains a Table with two columns and two rows

Steps to reproduce:
1] Open attached document in LO
3] Go to Table >> Table Properties and select the Borders section
4] Make some changes in values for "Spacing to content"
5] Perform Save_as to DOCX and close the document.
6] Open the saved document in MS Office 2010

Expected Result:
------------------------
Table border should be preserved.

Actual Result:
--------------------
- Table border is not getting preserved.
- Table is rendering with correct values for default cell margins but the values for Inside Vertical(w:InsideV) and Right(w:right) borders (of w:tblPr) are NOT preserving.

XML description :
For RT file in document.xml,
values of <w:right w:val="nil"/> and <w:insideV w:val="nil"/> are null. Hence border id not getting preserved.
If removed these two tags, then file opens up correctly.
