This image can be uploaded as the PNG file that Inkscape creates from the "export bitmap" option, but the very SVG file that I edited with Inkscape is refused at page http://openclipart.org/media/file/add/15217 by OpenClipart.Org with the message in red "There was error in the file format
Unknown format
Unknown pseudo-format"

The file it won't allow me to upload is attached to this bug report.
