Description Antoine Saroufim 2017-03-14 12:16:44 UTC
After reverting packagekit to the upstream configs, I've noticed that it always runs in the background as a root process and always uses 300 MiB of memory. Is this the intended behavior? If so, packagekit does use quite a lot of memory for something that isn't always actively working.

OS: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed
Kernel: 4.10
Packagekit-glib: 18.1.1.5
