brief description: GeoClue is a project that provides applications with a highly abstracted D-BUS interface to geography information services like positioning, geocoding and routing. A few backend implementations are included but more can be provided by other projects.

You'll probably need to setup also a first account that accepts the others? If that first account has some not-easily-transferable "owner" status, please let me know and I'll get a better person here. Otherwise just set it up for me:

It seems I will have to pursue other venues for this (almost six weeks without a comment here)? This would be a shame, I think fd.o is a pretty good match for geoclue.

i've created the project, your account, a wiki, and the list.  we don't usually provide subversion, though: is either git (preferable), or cvs (fallback) suitable for your needs?

whee! Thank you. About svn: I had seen it on one freedesktop project and just assumed, sorry about that. I'll have to ask opinions on git/cvs issue, I'll get back to you.

I was about to instruct another developer to get an account when I noticed that we should have a bugzilla product to do that (at least according to http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/AccountRequests)... Originally I thought getting a bugzilla product would be overkill at this point, but if it is the preferred way of handling new accounts: Could you open us a product in bugzilla (a 'general' component is enough)?
