journalctl log
Hello David, thanks for the report.
I've reproduced the issue on my SKL (Intel® HD Graphics 520) with ubuntu 18.04 and mesa commit cf652205cff25dbb0d8c0f642f8a6d097e51a010 (around the first commit with iris support).
The machine freezes when Wayland is set and MESA_LOADER_DRIVER_OVERRIDE=iris enabled.
Also, I've tried to reproduce the issue on my KBL (Intel® UHD Graphics 620) - no freeze.
I attach journalctl log
UPD - the issue is also actual on KBL (Intel® UHD Graphics 620). Also, I've checked the issue with the latest version of drm-tip - the issue is also actual. -- GitLab Migration Automatic Message -- This bug has been migrated to freedesktop.org's GitLab instance and has been closed from further activity.
