Eddy Petrisor reported (in the Debian BTS) that the Romanian layouts are not correct according to the Romanian law.

Here is a patch to fix the issue.

Is it necessary to close it? It has already been marked as RESOLVED, hasn't it?

As https://bugs.freedesktop.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#resolution points out, when the resolution of a bug marked as RESOLVED is considered correct by QA (in our case, the reporter), it is time for the CLOSED resolution. Besides, bugs that are not CLOSED pollute searches. Closing now... Thank you.
