nowhere near enough information for this bug report to be useful. at the very least we'd need to know what driver you're using and what version of Xorg and xcompmgr you're running. I've got xorg 6.8.99 rc3. xcompmgr is from cvs on august 21. I'm using the binary nvidia drivers, I can't check this with the open source nv dirivers because they can't start UT2004. See if updating to the current xcompmgr cvs helps anything. This is most likely a duplicate of #1121, which isn't fixed yet. See there for an analysis. Reporter: Tried xcompmgr -a (Oct 6th, 2005 latest) Ran ET (Enemy Territory) full screen with Xorg 7.0 RC1 / and latest Mesa CVS-HEAD, no crashes game functions fine. Closing bug, if this is still a problem for you, please reopen. Can you confirm this works with your latest NVidia driver? It works for my Radeon 9600 card. Closing bug for inactivity, reopen if you still see this issue with recent xserver and ddx. |
