Description Dmitry Bolkhovityanov 2004-09-22 05:55:13 UTC
I wrote a letter to xorg@freedesktop.org (a NEW message -- not a reply), which
is visible at http://freedesktop.org/pipermail/xorg/2004-September/003389.html .

But in "Thread view"
(http://freedesktop.org/pipermail/xorg/2004-September/thread.html#3389) for some
strange reason it appeared as a reply to
http://freedesktop.org/pipermail/xorg/2004-September/003382.html, which has
NOTHING common -- even not a similar subject.

If I understand correctly, the thread should be built using the "In-reply-to:"
headers, right? But there is nothing like that in the message...

BTW, attentively looking at thread view, I found many other "cuckoo'd
discussions"...

this is a pipermail bug, not really something we can fix. if you know of a fix
we'd be happy to apply it.
