U+02E5, U+02E6, U+02E7, U+02E8 and U+02E9

These letters are used in the International Phonetic Alphabet to write tone contours. They should combine with each other to form new glyphs.

For example, e˥˧ should show up as two glyphs, not three.

Charis SIL and Doulos SIL handle these well. Please make DejaVu fonts behave the same way. Thank you.

I'll try to get this done for the next release (2.27). Adding joining behavior for U+A712-U+A716 as well.

Added joining behavior for U+02E5-U+02E9 to DejaVu Sans in revision 2290. A snapshot containing the changes should be available tomorrow (http://dejavu.sourceforge.net/snapshots/).
