U+02E5, U+02E6, U+02E7, U+02E8 and U+02E9 These letters are used in the International Phonetic Alphabet to write tone contours. They should combine with each other to form new glyphs. For example, e˥˧ should show up as two glyphs, not three. Charis SIL and Doulos SIL handle these well. Please make DejaVu fonts behave the same way. Thank you.

Added joining behavior for U+02E5-U+02E9 to DejaVu Sans in revision 2290. A snapshot containing the changes should be available tomorrow (http://dejavu.sourceforge.net/snapshots/).
