Colour Management Systems like Oyranos and ArgyllCMS need access to
video LUTs of output devices in a standard way. 
XRandR is now intented to be this standard. 

We would appreciate support for XRRGetCrtcGamma and XRRSetCrtcGamma 
and related APIs.
