(I know it says draft, but we need at least that much information.)

Also, if you want bugs mass-moved to the new product, please give me some selection criteria and I'll make that happen.

A general mailing list for discussion called papyon
And a mailing list to be default assignee for all bugs called papyon-bugs
I'm volunteering to be the admin to both

I'm guessing "release upload" means some papyon webspace? If so, then this doesn't seem to have been created yet.

Also, would it be possible to get a wiki too?

You can drop releases and whatever in /srv/www.freedesktop.org/www/software on annarchy.

As for wiki, please just use the main freedesktop.org wiki under http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/papyon .
