You might want to try my driver available at http://www.fairlite.demon.co.uk/intel.html and see if that helps. But make sure you've upgraded to X.Org 6.8.x first. But make sure you've upgraded to X.Org 6.8.x first. It didn't help. All (don't) work as before. I got your driver, installed in /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/i810_drv.o and /usr/X11R6/lib/Server/modules/drivers/i810_drv.o-ori (is this ok?), after I upgraded to xorg-6-8-1 and reboot. Now I have installed this xorg packages: xorg-x11-100dpi-fonts-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-75dpi-fonts-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-base-fonts-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-deprecated-libs-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-devel-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-font-utils-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-libs-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-libs-data-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-Mesa-libGL-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-Mesa-libGLU-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-sdk-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-tools-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-twm-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-xauth-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-xdm-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm xorg-x11-xfs-6.8.1.904-1.FC2.ucr.30.0.i386.rpm L. Try getting my latest driver and re-try. (In reply to comment #3) > Try getting my latest driver and re-try. Well done!! Xgamma is working nice now. I just substituted /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/i810_drv.o by http://www.fairlite.demon.co.uk/i810_drv.o. Thanks a lot!!! Luis. |
