Spec 0.19.7 was released earlier today. It adds some new API which needs support from libraries:

* codegen and (ideally) high-level API for Account.ConnectionError, .ConnectionErrorDetails

* codegen for Anonymity interfaces

* codegen for ServicePoint interfaces

* ChatState recoverability via ChatStates property

I'm adding these to telepathy-glib now; have a look at the telepathy-glib version of ConnectionError (Bug #28534) for implementation ideas. telepathy-qt4 should have them too.

Description of changes:

- Added support for auto generated interfaces for
Connection.Anonimity/ServicePoint and also add Connection class accessors.
- Added missing fancy headers for some Connection interfaces.
- Update to spec 0.19.7 which updates codegen for Account and ChatState, among
others.

Bug #28552 implements Account.ConnectionError/ErrorDetails in Account class.
