New things for spec 0.19.6:

* merge the actual spec
* bind ChangingPresence into high-level API (Bug #28018)

Enhancements which might take a bit more work:

* get the Location.SupportedLocationFeatures property to check the Can_Set flag
* add support for the additions to the DTMF API in telepathy-qt4's high-level API
* add support for sender-nickname in Tp::Message

Please merge the spec, finish off Bug #28018, and either do the other things if they turn out to be very quick, or file separate bugs for them.

Another thing changed in 0.19.6 is that the semantics of UserActionTime have changed to be X11 time.

Merging the actual spec has happened. Binding changingPresence has happened.

We don't actually have high-level API for setting your own location merged yet. That (#27669) was put on hold waiting for #27752. Simon, could you confirm if #27752 happens to be fixed already or not (by this Can_Set flag alone perhaps?), so we could at some point actually finish and merge the own-location branch?

DTMF stuff filed as #31406.

sender-nickname filed as #31407.
