On page 3 of the attached .PDF file the image is not displayed. 

Please not that there is also a problem with page 2, but it looks to me to be a separate bug so i filed it as such (bug 33775), but if you feel differently please mark them as duplicates of each other.

Tell ubuntu to compile using openjpeg and it'll work.
