Page 2 of the attached PDF is blank when viewed using evince, using adobe reader it has a red background and some text.

Please not that there is also a problem with page 3, but it looks to me to be a
separate bug so i filed it as such (bug 33776), but if you feel differently
please mark them as duplicates of each other.

Tell ubuntu to compile using openjpeg and it'll work.
