Description Mark 2012-01-03 10:41:34 UTC
This game has gone from being unplayable in 7.11 to nearly perfect in 7.12 git, however, there is a large section of the game in between towns where you cannot see where you are going, you just get a lot of black, which can sometimes get dirty with old images, sample video supplied.

If the game uses compressed textures, you will need to install libtxc_dxtn.

Thats it working now!

I wish there had been a way I could have discovered that, perhaps it should load some other stock texture than a fully transparent, so its at least visible in a non screen-corrupting way, and in a way people could search google and find this answer.
