An example of what MacOS X presents.
Newer versions of the kernel does printk this out - I saw this a few days ago when using a hub that was buspowered. Would be useful to chase the kernel people so we can get an uevent. Leaving this bug open until we get that. HAL is in maintenance mode - no new features are added. All future development focuses on udisks, upower and other parts of the stack.
