proposed patch - prefer Nanum fonts as Korean defaults

Korean free fonts status has changes since bug 13569.

The current highest priority defaults, Un-fonts series are not being maintained anymore, while the new Nanum series fonts have been released under the SIL OFL. Nanum series provide hinting so look better, are being maintained, and are already included in the most major Linux distributions like Debian, Fedora, OpenSuse and their derivatives.

So I propose to prefer Nanum fonts before any others. Ubuntu already did similar modifications (as always in their own way with no upstream communication).

I found it is duplicated with bug 42423. Resolved.
