many of the main openclipart.org links are broken including links to:

nor is the Keyword Search linked properly - reports 404 at 
http://openclipart.org/cgi-bin/keyword_search.cgi

I change it to P1, as that bugs renders the whole openclipart.org useless for
normal end-users, not wanting to download the whole 100megs only to see what's
the thing worth of. Therefore the project gets equal to nonexistent for a wider
audience at the moment.

The wiki links should now all be available.  
  
Kees has also fixed navigate, and I've added statistics.txt 
 
Some of the other links are still disabled until they've had a security review.
