The translated string is:

Een bestand genaamd "$bestandsnaam$" bestaat reeds.\n

Wilt u het vervangen?

$bestandsnaam$ should be $filename$ as in the original message. When exporting a pdf from calc and overwriting an existing file, this translation results in a garbled warning dialog.

I've registered myself as a translator at the TDF Pootle server. Given the right permissions, I could fix it myself.

Has been changed. Found also another translation error, which has been corrected.
