Without 600_DEBUG=sb game loads but poor performance

With 600_DEBUG=sb GPU resets over and over unless VT switch out of X to console.

GPU Resets might be related to:  https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59649

GLSL mis-compilation however is separate issue

Multiple issues... GPU reset issue was fixed, this is GLSL error, reopening with new bug, not SB related
