please

it is too much difficult to create a htp_server for a non techie


supply a template in syncevolution ui to create a http_server consistent with android app "funv10" or "synthesis syncml client"

I agree that this would be good to have. There's already a feature request open for it. Unfortunately there is no GTK developer left who could extend the UI like that.
