I have a Compaq Presario 2132 laptop, Mandrake 9.2,
kernel 2.4.22, dri snapshot 20030224.

I have a CRT monitor attached to the external monitor port.

If the CRT2* options are not set in XF86Config then the
external monitor works but at the same refresh rate as
the LCD.

If the CRT2* options are set then the external monitor
does not work at all. This also means that the
multihead features don't work.

I can get the external monitor to run at the refresh
rate that I want by adding an extra Device and Screen
section and using the "MonitorLayout" option to force
the primary to be a CRT but then, of course, the laptop
panel doesn't work.

Also DDC appears not be working.
