Bug detailed description:

DP(Port C) can light up at GRUB step, but black screen after loading I915 driver. With testdisplay -i, it shows DP connected. 

This issue have already tracked at JIRA(https://jira01.devtools.intel.com/browse/VIZ-3323), now moved to FDO.

Same issue as 72896 but on Port C instead of Port B.

Verified, DP(port C) can work well.
