Picture: lack of language select options
The launcher is a GTK+ program and doesn't use OpenGL, so I can't see how this would be a Mesa issue. It's /possible/ that it's a 2D driver issue, so reassigning to Chris for now. That said, I've always had problems with Trine's launchers, so I'm suspicious it might be a bug in that, or bad 32-bit GTK engine theme interaction. Not sure. Hmm, didn't strike me as a GTK rendered popup. Nevertheless, an Xorg.0.log and an xtrace of steam opening Trine and showing the language menu would tell us for certain how it is rendered. I don't see any issue running the Trine2 launcher on an SNB:GT2 i5-2520qm, using f20 and gnome-shell. Is there some specific configuration required to reproduce? Now it can't reproduced. In the meanwhile, steam was updated. |
