Xorg.0.log that crashes
several options: 1. try disabling the DRI or disabling DMA: Option "DmaMode" "NONE" or forcing PCI mode: Option "BusType" "PCI" 2. try the savage driver from git HEAD Hi, sorry I took so long. Of the three options, disable DRI, disable DMA, force PCI, the last one, force PCI seems to work. I need to try it out more. This also happens for Fedora Core 5 on a Thinkpad T20 As suggested, Option "BusType" "PCI", fixes the problem. You might want to try agp again with the savage drm from git HEAD or a recent kernel. Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future. Bugzilla Upgrade Mass Bug Change NEEDSINFO state was removed in Bugzilla 3.x, reopening any bugs previously listed as NEEDSINFO. - benjsc fd.o Wrangler closing due to lack of response |
