We just merged some SKL fixes that may affect all display-related tests. Please retest this bug against the latest drm-intel-nightly. Is this still a problem with v4.3-rc kernels or later? Bug scrub: Olivier, Do you reproduce it? Thanks I tested 10 hot-plugs, external HDMI screen always worked (no instability, no error in log).
