When connect a DP monitor to BSW, its eDP monitor will go black and unable to light up again.

==Reproduce steps==
---------------------------- 
1. Start BSW with only eDP monitor.
2. Plugin DP monitor to it.
3. Check if eDP still able to show.

When memory dynamic self-refresh status is set to disabled, this issue will be fixed.
