I believe I recorded this on medium. But I can't remember seeing it when I played again just now. This may already be fixed.


Back to topic: I decided to try some settings and the first one I tried already was the cause: Anti Aliasing.

2x Anti Aliasing looks fine
4x Anti Aliasing causes some of these light blobs to appear, mostly on water
8x Anti Aliasing causes *a lot* of these light blobs to appear, see screenshot

I think this is fixed now, but I've still got some CTS issues around multisampling.
