I propose the inclusion of an Elfdalian keyboard layout.

Elfdalian recently got the ISO 639-3 identifier "ovd":

The language is spoken in a region of Sweden, the users typically have Swedish keyboards, and hence I suggest that Elfdalian is included as a variant of the Swedish layout.

The only difference compared to the basic Swedish layout is that a key has been dedicated to the special "combining ogonek" Unicode character. Elfdalian makes heavily use of certain vowels with ogonek.

I am all in favour of supporting endangered languages. Could you please submit a patch for symbols/se file and rules/base.extras.xml.in ?

Sorry, our comments overlapped. Could you please patch not base.xml.in but rather base.extras.xml.in ? Since there are very few people using that language...

I'm not exactly a git wizard, and I have no idea what it is git complains about. The patch applies fine with the patch() command.

Can you please apply it manually (using patch())?
