debian jessie versions Jessie is quite old wrt to graphics drivers and I know that several gen4 hangs have been fixed in mesa circa 11.0. OK, will reportbug to debian. Tried to reproduce with chromium for 2h now, but occurs no more. Needs reboot to reactivate xv,gl,etc videoplayback, mplayer crashes since the hung. Please verify that this bug reproduces with debian stretch before reporting anything to debian. It's likely that the root cause of your GPU hang has already been addressed. -- GitLab Migration Automatic Message -- This bug has been migrated to freedesktop.org's GitLab instance and has been closed from further activity.
