iso selection dialog

Description:

1. no mnemonic characters for the buttons on "Change CD" window
2. Not sure if it's necessary to filter only ISO files. Now any files can be listed.
3. Didn't find libgovirt component, so i list the logs here.
(remote-viewer:9886): libgovirt-CRITICAL **: file ovirt-utils.c: line 152 (ovirt_utils_genum_get_value): should not be reached
