Looks like sending CSIM commands just after a SIM-PIN unlock (may) end up locking the TTY completely, see attached logs.

This is with a Telit LE866-SV1, rev. 23.00.002 (M0A.00020), btw.

Fix pushed to git master as 9384817a14c8706909f619e773a76edd65a0fdef, also cherry-picked for mm-1-6.
