dmesg of Linux 4.11rc3 with drm.debug=0x1e log_buf_len=1M

Disabling GPU blacklist in Opera always lead to GPU hang, Xorg crash and sometimes to reboot. It could happen not right away, but usually doesn't take longer than 10-20 minutes to reproduce. For me it's mostly reproducible on gearbest.com, github.com and most likely on many other web-sites like youtube.com, etc.

Ubuntu 16.10 x86_64
Linux 4.11rc3 with patches for hardware enablement, details in Readme.txt: https://yadi.sk/d/pW1Fbl-VyVPoR
Mesa 12.0.6 from distribution repository.

DEXP Ursus 7W with Z3735G.

dmesg with "drm.debug=0x1e log_buf_len=1M" and /sys/class/drm/card0/error content is attached.

This issue is not reproducible with Linux 4.11 release.
