dmesg log

After ressuming from hibernate or suspend there is a distorted screen. Emergency keys or ssh from a remote machine does not work. If the hibernate or suspend command is initiated from a linux console, not from the X session, resuming works well but after switching to the X session it gets stuck again.

I had this problem with all kernels released since a couple of years. Currently I have tried 4.10.3-1 and 4.9.15-1-lts that reproduce the problem.

Attached is the kernel log and output of lscpi.

This problem happens randomly about 50% of the time resuming form hibernate/suspend.
