pdftoppm works fine. However, pdftocairo spits:

Internal Error: cairo context error: out of memory<0a>
cairo error: out of memory
cairo error: out of memory

Many times.

Same as bug #102966, this PDF is pattern filling under odd coordinates and this causes cairo to have invalid matrix and out of memory errors.
